| Tried No-Explode for the first time yesterday,, it was great. My pump up was about the same as usual but that may change after more use. But the additional grunt it gave me was making my workout allot of fun. One thing i did not care for was after my workout ,, approx hour later I felt caffeened or Wigged out a little. during the workout it was great,, but when i was done i like to go about the rest of my day,, but the "caffeen crash feeling" was crummy. It still does not outweigh the benifets & I will continue using no-explode. My question is has anyone found somthing or techneque to relieve this come down ? |

| It wont be as bad as your body gets used to it. NO-Xplode made me nauseous and i would burp up those little white things. You want to see jittery take a few hundred MCGs of Clen -- you wont be able to type, lol. |

| But i guess its good im not used to it cause it definently geeks me up at one scoop.... But hours later it feels like I drank 2 pots of coffee. I know already i would never take this after work to workout,, id never get to sleep at night. When i used it i went at lunch time,, wore off by 11pm . |

| i love noxplode but i have the same problem. workouts are awesome and im pumped and when i get home i eat a shitload. but...after i come off im depressed and mopin around. started to effect how i felt the next day. drink some coffee when you wake up. i didnt think it was that big of a deal at first but it got worse and im mean on it. i dont use it anymore but if i do need a little pick me up i'll take one scoop. |

| There was a recent study saying 6 cups of coffee a day is great. It was in the NYTIMES, if i pass by it again ill post it. Very interesting. |

| Huh thats wierd I start everyday with 3 scoops of no-xplode and never had that problem. Maybe its cause I don't get caffeine in my diet from anything else. |

| Tried NO Xplode and I was only a little jittery during my work out, otherwise I felt good. Great energy and what not, comin down sucked though. I was dead tired and beat. |

| I don't mind being jittery during the workout.. . It's after im done, the come down is what sucks.... At one time in my life i used to drink 20 cups of coffee a day,, after work was over i was on a come down,, its' a mental & physical feeling. |

| It depends on how your body reacts to caffeine. Some people it barely effects, others it will keep up for hours. I personally can have all the caffeine I want before going to sleep, wait 10 or 20 minutes, than be out cold. It doesnt affect me if I'm not doing anything with it. However if I'm really active with caffeine in my system then I'll crash. Because I feel like I have more endurance and energy than I actually do. And thats when you crash, when your body realizes you've put out more than you actually could. So if your caffeine sensitive, it can be a serious pain in the ass. Eventually your body should develop some what of a resistance to it. You wont be as jittery, or come down as hard. To answer the original question...the only way I can think of to combat the fall out is to drink plenty of water, and I dont know if it does anything, but I feel better if I drink something citrus like, oj for example lol. |

| I started noxlode again and jumped right in with 3 scoops. I get a little jittery but it goes away after a few times. |

| I've used it more,,, not as bad lasting effects.. But then again the day i used it i had not eatin much at all that day, it really affected me allot on that empty stomach. It seems to be allot like "Rampage" pills,,, same type hype.... |

| Is your diet and routine up to snuff, and no improvement to be made? If so then yes, becuase then it will be worth your money. As far as safe is concerned, no it wont hurt you. |

| I am 6'4" and 235, I couldn't handle 3 scoops, I could only do 2, funnee how we are all different. NOX reminds of clen a little when it comes to how I fell, all shakey!!!:hi: |

| Yup, I found out tonite that my body cant take 3 scoops. I use Gaspari SuperPump 250, literally almost the exact same thing as NO Explode. But holy sh*t, I've never crashed so bad in my life off a supplement. |

| Have to say it's the closest thing to "Blow" I have ever seen... Did some experimenting in my younger days. There is even that crash. But I do say I feel like a horse in the gym, just friggin pullin hard man!!! |
