just wondering if my health is at risk if I was taking the following at the same time. I'm not now, but am considering...

NO Xplode
Nitrix
Creatine Ethyl Ester (2.5 g a day only just after workouts)
Glutamine
Protein

Yea I know not to rely on supplements but I am curious as to see how this combo could help me out. If theres anything in there that you think is a waste to be taking, let me know.

kinda overdoin it with bsn products though, u dont need EE bc ur taking mono with xplode

Dont worry about it, there was a point where I was taking the following at once, and felt fine.

EAS 100% Whey Protein
Muscle Juice Weight Gain Protein
Xyience Xtreme Nitric Oxide
Purple K Kre Alkalyn Creatine
Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump 250 (Same thing as NO xplode pretty much)
Pro Built Testostrogain (Tribulus, Saw Pallmetto etc..)
Multi Vitamin.

I was ok, but it was excessive. Nothing bad occured, even had blood tests and what not to check everything out. Doc said it wasnt doing any harm. Just to use a couple at a time to avoid taking in the same chemicals and compounds from different products.

protein from allthewhey.com its like 16 lbs for $62. It's just some whey protein blend that they make there. I was, but am not taking, Creatine Ethyl Ester (Higher Power brand, got it off bodybuilding.com for cheap) and dont remember what brand my glutamine is but its something like ATS micronized L-Glutamine (32$ for 3 months worth) I take 10g a day when I lift, 5-7.5g when I dont lift.

I think you're fine with what you're taking. It's actually a pretty common combination of supplements that you're taking. I know some members here will argue that for the most part, whey protein is all the same but I think that you should look for a protein that suits your cal/carb/fat needs as well as to look at the amount of amino acids that the protein has as well. I am on a tight budget but I find that optimum nutrition gold is a cheap but effective source of whey protein. Also, I know it's pricey but mhp probolic is an awesome nightime protein. One last thing is that you need to watch the amount of glutamine you consume when taking noXplode; I forget the exact amount but you're not suppose to exceed a certain amount of glutamine in a day. You may want to get a multivitamin supplement or at least some vitamince C to help protect your immune system.
