Hey there fellow bodybuilders, I beleive that this stuff I'm curently taking is the best stuff in Aust. it's made by vital strength, the product....well I'm using a combo of mirco creatine at a pharmacutical grade and also another product called "rapid weight gainer" that also has creatine but also glautimene and also whey protien...sorry bout the spelling! has any b-builders used the vital strength product range b-4?
