my little bro (15) has been working out for about 2 months, his stats are:

height:5.6
weight:147
age:15

he is on whey protein, and animal pack, i was going to pick him up some BNS Nitrix pills, would that be ok for him, and would would happen if he took them. I did some research on it and it seemed ok.

Dude don't help your little brother resort to that stuff at such a young age. I mean you know there has got to be a reason you have to be 18 to buy the stuff.

I'm not talking about helping him juice or anything, i'm just trying to help him as much as i can, if i ever find out he is juicing i'll beat his ass! But can he really be hurt by using this?

I'm not sure about the animal pack and nitrix I haven't used either of them. Whey is always good not matter how old you are IMO, but make sure he's eating well, not just good foods but good amounts. Personally I would suggest just a good multi vitamin and protein. That's all he needs.

yeah...protein and multi vitamins, and creatine wont hurt either if he wants to feel results from a supplement. Kre Alkalyn Purple K is a good one I've used. The nitrix tabs are just L'arginine if I remember right...not harmful, but he doesnt need it...it's been debated on whether arginine even does anything...I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure thats what they are. Just a side note, I find it weird that you have to be 18 to by supps....must be in the States only...I've been able to buy any supps I want since I was 15 years old (when I decided to start them) lol

Like they said concentrate on his diet.. Nitirix pills are waste of money imo

i feel a difference with Nitrix. i think it would be a waste to buy a 15 yearold nitrix pills
