| Trying to get a good idea of what people prefer for a good post work-out shake when in a bulking stage. If I hear GNC weight gainer 2200 I'll slap you! :mad: Obviously looking for good balance of carbs/protein/fats and how many cals in a serving. Not to mention a good price as well. Any tips??? Also, does anyone know of a good site online to get some dextrose in bulk? |

| i like Cytosport CytoGainer. great all around. i also like Dymatize Mega Gainer...not as many calories and protein compared to CytoGainer. |

| u dont want fat in a pwo shake. i simply use 2 scoops of ATW and 1/3 cup of dextrose along with an r-ala capsule. |

| Yeah, Cytogainer chocolate mint is what I went with for a while. It's the best that I've come across |

| the taste of it is ok. the Dymatize stuff tastes really good. |

| uh, I've only used one gainer and that was Muscle Juice...950 or 1000 cals per serving or somethin like that. It's really high in sugar though. |
