Jus tried NO-Xplode a few hours ago for the first time. I got pretty pumped up but it wasn't exactly what I expected. I thought it would be a lot better, idk, maybe it was just a first time thing or I didn't take enough (2 scoops over a spread out time...1 scoop, waited 30 minutes, half, waited 30 minutes, and another half, then went to the gym about 15 mins. later). The mental focus was crazy tho, I've never felt like that before. It felt like a major adrenaline rush or somethin. I wasn't that much stronger, but I don't kno if it is supposed to give u an immediate increase in strength?
The crash was really bad. About 2 hours into the workout I jus lost everything. Lost the pump, lost my energy, and all my strength. Had to go home, but I just ate a piece of fish and a whole flank steak by myself. I'm drinkin a lot of water and following the guidelines but I don't seem any bigger....Does it jus take awhile for your size to increase on the NO-Xplode? I was under the impression that the creatine that it contains would immediately put some size on my arms and chest...Does it not, or does it just take some time for that to happen? In no way am I considering stopping taking it, I just have some questions about what it is going to do...

Thanks

Well theres only 3g of creatine per scoop. I've been taking it for about 4 weeks and I take 3 scoops a day. So far I have gained zero pounds and the only reason I still take it is I like the taste and extra energy.

If you're looking to add size you should be more concerned with your diet and workout routine rather than a supplement. What do you eat for carbs? Actually, that's an entirely different thread, nevermind.
Take your two scoops at the same time. I weigh about 235 and take 3 heaping scoops about 35 minutes before my workout. I always make sure to take it at least one hour after I have eaten. Also, it's good to cycle it every 4-6 weeks (my preference) otherwise it does begin to lose its effect.
How long do you workout? Do you lift for more than 2 hours? There is such a thing as overtraining.
