| Alright, so cellmass tells you to take one serving right after your workout on a empty stomach. So i did, but now, how am I supposed to take protein if I have to take it on a empty stomach? Do I just go eat or do I need to wait a while? I don't want to throw it all back up or feel like shit. Thanks. |

| lol bump!!! wasting your money. But, since you already bought it, take it when you're done working out. Never ever take it before going to bed unless you run an I.V. at night. after your workout, wait another 30 minutes or so and then take protein. If you bought it from GNC (hopefully not) and have your reciept and it's still within 30 days return it and get some monohydrate and throw that into your protein shake. I used to work there and was amazed at how many people would come in every month and waste their money on over-priced supplements like cell-tech and nitro tech. Stick with the cheap stuff when it comes to creatine. |

| i actually have been taking it and its ****ing awesome. i dont know wut u guys r talking bout but i took monohydrate and it didnt do shit. since i got on cellmass and noxplode i have gained almost 12 pounds and i got it like 3 weeks ago. im serious. |

| 12 lbs of muscle from creatine and no explode in 3 weeks....10.5 from water. although NO xplode is a good product...there nothing in it to cause massive gains...a little bit of monohydrate and thats it. |

| 10.5 of water? maybe 5-6 but if its his first time using those kind of products and hes new to lifting he could gain a fair amount of muscle |

| True, but if he is new to lifting then thats why he's put on the weight. I've been through the whole massive gains thing from creatine, lost alot of it. I'm not doubting the gains, I'm doubting that its all from the supplements thats all. Just my thoughts |

| i dont know. all i know is ive gone from curling 30's to almost 55. in now a month and a week and thats a shit ton. maybe its the placebo effect. i take something and in my head since i now know im taking it i tell myself i could lift more so i do. i dunno but i will tell u this. muscle gain since i started came a lot faster when i started taking cellmass. im sure some is water but mostly it feels like muscle to me. might be wrong though. |

| ok everybody responds differently to different things, so its pointless to ask what people think of something. Yea take protein about 25 mins after u take cell mass. some people love this and hate that, while others hate this and love that. just do whatever works. |
