| I heard many good things about it. i got it this morning and wow it tastes very good! strawbery flavour and mixes very good. no need for the blender. Its like a milk shake. its 4.6kg now i wanna know do i take it 4 times a day? it does not say how much should i take a day. do i take 1 before a meal and 1 after a meal then 1 before going to sleep? thats 3 a day. | Never used it before.. atm i use Max's daytime mass gainer, choc honeycomb flavour is the best ive EVER tasted. Your product seems to have pretty good reviews. | yeh i know all of that, and yes it tru its got alot of good reviews. This product is massive! I drink that and i am already full but 2 hours later i just wanna eat and eat and eat normal stuff like meat, u know... Its really hard to drink it after a meal. This is what i am doing now. Meal 1 then drink that. Meal 2 then drink it again. Before bed time drink again. 3 times a day. btw i was gonna get MAx's cause it mixes good but my bro said its for noobs/begginers. He been working out for 5 years. What he ment by noobs is the people that see a big pic of a guy on the supplement think they will be like that in a month or 2. lol :P |

| The fact that you think you need to drink so much weight gainer means you don't eat enough. If you need more calories, eat more food. There's nothing magic in weight gainer, just calories. |

| Hahahaha nah man i never heard of a noob supp.. Max's is very popular because it is good and not because of the muscle man on the front. Have one between meals instead of straight after.. It has alot of carbs and protein that basically makes it a meal replacement (not saying to treat it as one).. if you have it after a meal your body will have trouble digesting all those macronutrients and much will be stored as fat, you will benefit best imo by having one in the morning w/breakfast since you havent eaten in 8 or so hours, between meals (not straight after or just before), and maybe 30-45 mins before bed.. afterall a protein concentrate will not last the whole night, a caseinate is a better source for night. |

| If your a hard gainer 3 meals a day wont cut it.. bump it up to 5 with 3-4 shakes a day. |

| its hard with the school thing. holidays are coming up so i might try having that many meals then and see what happens. |

| Yeah i know what you mean. just dont skip b/feast .. have a good meal at each lunch in school, meal when you get home and then dinner.. not sure if you can work it out like that but thats what i try do. |
