its a 3 dollar slam in the ass but very tasty (MILK CHOCOLATE), 270cals, 4g fat, and amazingly 40mg of cholesterol (which is outstanding for GNC stuff), 12g carbs, 50g protein, all and all i give it :thumbs: :thumbs:

Yeah I was surprised by the taste since when you buy the gnc choc. whey in tubs its terrible.

thats why i had to buy one i was shocked 40mg wow, i think their Mega MRP has like 190mg, i dont even think butter has that mch in it lol

lol i know, everytime i look at GNC products, one of their shakes is usually about 90% of the cholesterol of a daily diet. lol

I can't stand the taste of those 50gram slams, man I almost puked from the taste. I find there are many other better tasting drinks out there, but hey thats just me!:(
