| Is there anything out there aside from actual steroids that will help with gains? I know there was some prohormones out there that "worked" but is there really anything besides steroids that help boost test and make gains? |

| a good diet and training program... theres no magic pills out there... even steroids wont do any good if you do not have the fundamentals of proper diet, excercise and rest |

| Well i have been lifting for the past year solid. I have a good diet, intake around 3000 calories a day, good protine to body weight ratio intake etc. I am about 5'10 195 lbs and have really seemed to reach my peak, im having a hard time getting any real significant gains, so i was wondering if there is anything aside from taking steroids to help me to my next step. |

| up your calories and protein and change things up a bit... do diffrent lifts etc... creatine would be the only supp i would recomend... to many things out there nowdays... im one of the odler guys around here and dont like all the crap out there nowdays its all hype... creatine @ 5 grams a day |

| honestly i dont think your at your peak you can always progress ahead its just not as noticeable as it was when u began |
