| Hey guys I've been weightlifting for around 7 years now, and for the past 1/2 year I've been taking Evolve. I'm 5'11" and weigh 185 lbs. and want to increase my size and overall strength. I ordered some Cell mass, No xplod, and Optimums 100% whey tonight because I've read many good reviews on the three. The plan is to take no xplod 30 minutes before workout, cell mass directly after workout, and the whey with lunch and before bed. Is this a good plan? Or should I take the protein after the workout with the cell mass AND at lunch? If not please tell me when I should take these. Thanks in advance. |

| hows your diet? definately take whey protein after your workout |

| Im not on any specific diet, but I eat right, eat plenty a day, and I get my protein and carbs in my meals as well. So I should take the protein after my workout with the cell mass, and then again at lunch? |
