NASA thats great, but what good is one in space, 0 gravity, the leverage thing would be kinda tough but wow. any position you want no rug burns on the knees no leg cramps hell that would almost take the fun out of it :laughing:

0 gravity would be wonderful. think of all the stuff you could do in space! you dont need a wall or books for leverage or to prop anything up...When i make enough money, im making a no gravity room. sweet

I just went through this, go to you doc and find out what it is, I tried to fix mine
for over a month by myself and was doing all the wrong things. Like using heat when I should have been using cold.
Also what I did was find exercises that didn't bother the elbow!!!!
