Hey guys im new and still working on a bulk. I'm 17 at 187 and almost 6'2. I've been pretty successful but i think the past month has been a plateau. I must have a really weird system or somthing because supliments really dont work with me well. a month ago i was in size on and whey protein stack for a month and i saw awesome gains...about 12lbs no joke in a month. I've been using cellmas, multivitamins and whey protein for 3 weeks now and nothin...:( I think i even lost a lb or 2. So im thinking im gonna cycle off creatine all together for about a month. I've never tried a no2 or nitrix noxplode w/e. I've tried everything but that...even pro hormones. I need some help here lol

I did see this stuff called methyl-1d and was wondering if u guys heard anything good about it?

My diet is actually pretty good. I eat alot about 5. in morning, eggs, toast, go to class for 45 minutes, have a good lunch fruits, veggies, tuna sandwhich or chicken, get out of school at 3, eat chicken, or a salad, eat dinner around 7 or 8 and some nuts and yogurt about an 30 min to an hour before my bedtime.

Is there somthing i should change?

check your protein bro you should be getting about 280g a day for your size

also what is your caloric intake like daily?

like illsniggles said dont worry so much about supps man take that money invest it in food, at 17 you can be on the see food diet, even crappy food just eat, but keep an eye on your bf%, and keep lifting hard.

***also yes it may be a good idea to take some time off from the creatine

Hey bro the best thing to do is when you hit a plateau is to change your diet (add cals) and to change your routine (more/different exercises and more sets).

How about posting your diet and your routine and we will have a look at it. I see your diet but post when you eat that like time frame etc. I see not enough protein for sure, protein = muscle. The more you eat the bigger you get, in essence. I would eat all day an night and add a few shakes

yep, post your diet and training. Supps are pre much a waste of money....aside from a multi and creatine IMO.

Monday:Shoulders 3 sets 6-10 reps
Tuesday: Legs 4 sets 6-10 reps
Wednesday: back 3 sets 6-10
Thursday: Rest
Friday :Chest 3 sets 6-10
Saturday: Arms 3 sets 6-10
Sunday Rest

my routine

i do about 4 exercises for each muscle...cept arms i do 3. and i do abs every day and forearm on arm day.

I try to do mass workouts as well, like squats, dealift, bench, barbell curls, rows, etc. I use heavy enough wait to usually fail on 6-8 reps.

I'll take your advice and just make more shakes i guess.

i dont know about abbs everyday man, you arent giving them enough rest, cut it back to 2 or 3 times a week, go like Monday and saturday, and eat like a mad man and drink lots of water.

i go light on the abs...and the water im drinking enough. And I cant keep food in the fridge. But one thing...the first time I pee after i take my multi my pee is florescent green? is that normal lol?

your overtraining......five days a week is 2 much try using a 3 or 4 day split and up your protein intake......stop worrying about supplements man they're not gonna help without a good diet

i'll give that a try...one more day of rest wouldnt hurt i suppose. But being 17 still i didnt think that'd be a problem?

:laughing: yeah i think the green pee is ok if not i need to see a doctor as well but yeah JD is right cut it to 4 day split, rest part of the big 3 man gotta have plenty of it :thumbs:

its not how old you are....when you lift your breaking down your muscles and when you REST they rebuild themselves which means.....you dont grow while your working out you grow while you rest....also when you lift you are working your central nervous system which also needs to recover after you lift. so if your lifting 5 days in a row even if you arent lifting the same bodyparts your still breaking down your CNS.

Your your joking right? Your not working yourself at all actually. I would recommend atleast 3 exercises per body part and a minimum of 3 sets per exercise. then work up to 4 then 4 sets reps 8-12 whatever works

LOL...the flourescent pee is from your multiviatmin. Probably has an excess of B complex in it. Your body is simply getting rid of what it doesn't need. Nothing to worry about.
