Im trying to create a stack in which I can maximize muscle mass and strength while recovering fast as well. I feel that creatine, glutamine, and BCAA's are my best bet, as advised by many. Anyone have suggestions as to what ones are the best, brand wise and performance wise, I really want them to work, because I'm dedicated to working out, so I want them to work for me. Thanks for any suggestions!!!

Possibly also, someone had mentioned mass gainers, and I have a friend at the gym that takes Champion Nutrition Mass Gainer 900 and loves it, packed on a few pounds in a month of solid muscle. Any thoughts???!!!

isnt that like one small cow, or 60 chickens, or 10 large tuna per day...800g thats a ton of protein LOL

I dont care how big you are, 800g of protein in a day is just not necessary IMO. Hell, 500g isnt for that matter.

I weigh about 285, a lot of it is muscle, but I do have some fat around the mid-section. That is ok, I just need to get bigger and stronger muscle wise. Anything else besides loads of protein, what about the creatine, glutamine, and BCAA's I mentioned before, any thoughts there??

creatine - some swear by others can do without it, good post workout stuff IMO, just to restore what you lost while lifting Glutamine - some protein shakes have a good amount of glutamine in it, i also say add a lil dextrose in your shake as well BCAA's - definately not gonna hurt to take em, i dont know much about em some of the others on here would know more just make sure your diet is good and you get plenty of rest that will help you grow a lot

any brand recommendations for that stuff??? I have taken NO-Xplode before along with Nitrix, and some Met-RX protein powder. Who makes a good creatine that is beneficial along with BCAA and Dex/Glutamine??

No-Xplode is useless for creatine content but its great for energy boost during workout good ol creatine monohydrate powder is great, the unflavored is the best for ya becuse flavor = sugar also keep your caffeine intake in check with creatine
