dietary supp doesnt mean its for a "diet" everything has aringine in it...it would be hard not to find it. go to a supplement shop online or your local store and you'll find it in alot of supps. what do you think you need it for?

Do you know what it does? Or are you completely new to NO2? Arginine cant harm you as far as I know, youd have to take massive amounts for it too do harm. However most arginine supplements have caffeine or some other stimulant in them, so you cant take it in large amounts. I've yet too see a supplement that is just L-arginine alone. But thats just what I've seen they may be out there.

Thats why i am asking cause i have no idea what it is for, but i went to the Body Fortress website and it says that it helps support circulation and muscles. What exactly would i need it for? I am new to weight lifting and i am trying to bulk up and get cut. I already use Whey Protien and L-Glutamine from body fortress. So would it be neccessary to use the NOS supplement? Thanks for your help guys
