| Hi, I have been training for quite some years now but I have never used any legal or illigal supplements. I would like to start using supplements now because I can't get any bigger for quite some time now. Is there a basic set of supplements I should be using, such as creatine and more? I would be very greatfull for some advice if I want to get bigger and at a later state stronger/lose some fat. Thanks for you help!!!! Are there any online stores someone could reccommend, where I can get hold of this stuff? Tom |
