so! I'm getting results! and i think i may have broken that plateu i was at. This week I hit 189.5...woo:) I've finally intregrated a pre-workout suppliment into my regular routine. It's called Armageddon. Its brand new but i really like it...gets me extremly pumped and the blood flowing very nicely. But im not able to do half the workout i did before because of the new bloodflow. Anyways I'm trying to put on another 10-12lbs in the next 2 months hopefully. Wanna get over 200 before my 18th bday. I'm eating a lot taking plenty of protein and getting about 8 hours of rest a night. im on a multi, pre-workout and protein as of now. Anything else that can help me move along quickly, thanks guys I'll let u know how feb goes!
