| Ok guys. Im new to the whole bodybuilding thing. I've just started working out about 3 weeks ago. Im 20 years old, 6'2 and weighed in at 150lbs just prior to me starting to work out (i've always been naturally thin). In the last 2weeks I've been taking OXODROL 12 and Whey Protein on a daily basis. I go to the gym at least 5days a week and lift hard, with lots of intensity. I've noticed increases in strength almost every time I hit the gym. I've also upped my diet majorly since my goal is to get much bigger. I have increased my caloric intake to about 3,000 calories a day. I try and eat mostly lots of tuna, chicken, turkey, and as much beef as possible. I try to break it down to as many small meals as possible, topped of with about 3cups of protien shakes a day (3scoops of whey protein total per day). In the last 3weeks I've put on lots of weight which I am very happy with. I am at 165lbs now and I love it so far. My question is, it safe to take NO-Xplod while Im taking the OXODROL 12 and the ON WHEY Protein? My cycle for the OXODROL 12 will be over in 2weeks. It seems that everyday I have seen gains in weight except for the last 4days. I don't want to sound ignorant or ungreatful for my gains, but Im just looking for something else to give me a little more umphhh for my last 2weeks while im on the OXODROL 12. ALSO, any suggestions on what I should take once Im off my cycle of OXODROL 12? I was planning on just taking Creatine Monohydrate to try and keep all the gains I can. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you guys! |
