ever heard of this stuff? it appears to be "da bomb" just got some tabs that are 1100mg creatine ethyl ester and 200mg Creatine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate. neither need a transporter to get to the muscles giving a very good absorbsion rate.

I have used the creatine ethyl ester and had good results. Let us know how you liked the Creatine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate. Its all the same Creatine when it comes down to it, just that it is delivered differently..correct?

yes, correct. seems to be working really well this AKG. strength has gone up. im impressed. tried all the creatines, this seems to be the best. ethyl ester and akg pills
