hi, im new to the forums..but have been lifting for the past 7years with out doing any supplements...i have noticed i have gone up slowly in size and in strenght...but i just started takin some cell-tech hardcore only cas i want to get a little bigger in size and stright..im 5`6 and only weight 136lbs...i do legs and upper body...but the question is i started the cell-tech for about 4 days now during my work out and noticed i have gone up in size a little but what happens when i stop when i run out and if i dont buy more will i lose it all?

well that stuff your taking isnt gonna do much for ya.....if you read around the concensus on muscle tech products is that there garbage....but ne ways post up your diet your only 136lbs you need to get that diet in check and get a good workout routine. with food youll never have to worry about losing gains from it there permanent. so imo dont waste ur money on useless products like that get a good protein powder and vitamins and eat like a horse

If youre taking creatine youll lose some size for sure. Dont worry though, youre not losng muscle, just water.

Wait wait wait... you have been lifting for 7 years and you only weigh 136lbs.... your doing something wrong man.. look around find a diet and routine.. then worry about the supps
