| ive been reading threads posted on this website for the past six months but have never written, now i have several personal questions to ask. i have gone from weighing 167 in august to 187, at first i wanted to start clean without the use of any supplements and enforce a strict proper diet to fuel my strenght training however my results were slow so i started with tribulis and weightgainer. i noticed an improvement, however i wanted more gains so i was recommened 17hd pro test supplemt and i also took a creakalin product named horsepowerand and i noticed a big diiference. now im at the point where im tired of wasting money on all this crap what supplemts should i take to keep a constant gain of muscle and not water weight whcih results in losing mass. thinking about taking noxplode and cell mass but i feel i will get the same results which pretty much =bull sh*t. the only time i have to work out is late at night and i dont want to be up till 3:00am. my daily workout diet consists of somehitng like this: morning-weightgainershake with bagel and orange juice lunch- steak with small potatoe midafternoon snack-whey shake witha piece of fruit evenign snack -chickenbreast with two pieces of wheat bread and a piece of swiss cheese preworkout - whey shake with rice cakes post workout - steak with 2 cups rice and piece of bread (my post workout dinner is usually eaten around 10:30-11:30 and i go to bed at like 1 or 2am i kknow this is bad what should i do to fix this?) I'm 6 foot and am looking to get to 200 by april and cut down to 195 or 190 if possible. i work out 4 times a week and also would like to have any suggestions on something to use as a preworkout helper to energize me and give me some sort of mental help. Any help will be greatly appreciated reguarding diet tips or supplements. thanks |
