| i was doing a lot of research on what i should take along with a diet my powerlifting coach gave me and my goal is to gain all the muscle i can over the spring and summer and part of the fall so i was wondering what supplements do u guys know of that is any good and works no steriods and creatine please Btw whats the difference b/w a mass gainer and weight gainer |

| well i tryed it last summer and i lost most of the muscle i gained when i was sucking weight and water weight from wrestling so my coach told me to stay away from it |

| mass and weight gainers are the same thing mass just sounds better....find a good protein and some good mutli vitamins and eat like a madman and youll be fine |
