| muscle tech products are garbage IMO also most of the supplements that come out dont do ne thing.....all those supps arent gonna make up for food. if you wanna spend the money get some protein creatine, multi vits, glutamine,bcaas,flax oil, arganine.....all that stuff will help ya |

| i do take flax oil in my pro nos shake its a protein shake... i also eat steak or chicken every day for lunch and mostly chicken for dinner... in the past year ive gained 40 pounds and got stronger and faster but is there anything else i could add to get more.. do any of these conflct wit eachother |

| Monday Power Clean 3 sets of 5 255,235,215 Squat 1 set of 5 with 355 1 set of 5 with 325 as many sets of 5 you can do with 305 all pausing for two count on bottom. Bench 3 sets of 5 with 315,305,285 dips Tuesday Multi rep on power clean like the day before on squat but with the power clean weights Squat 3 sets of 5...355,335,315 Bench Multi rep like on squat the day before two sets of 5 then as many sets of 5 as you can get with the last weight 285 dips Then you do that monday through thursday.. but switch multi reps every otha day to diff lifts |

| being a powerlifter you dont need all those supplements just focus on eating a sh*t ton of food and keep improving on those lifts everyday....what are your stats?? |

| those are some pretty impressive numbers. yeah, half of the supps on the market are just placebos, and keep in mind what the word supplement means... they are only supplementary to food. you gotta eat to gain. |
