been trying tot ake it easy.just got some cissus which i hope will work.does anyone know the real doses i should be using for this stuff?i have the bulk powder version

been taking motrin but heard of this stuff cissus.took some today but felt kinda wierd on it.might lower dose.revampede my workouts to cause less pain,but sucks that my job is causing more pain than anything
