GNC Mass XXX ?

I bought this a little while back and am just finishing it up. Just wondering if anyone else has used this and how they think it is. I cant find any reviews on it.

Is it worth buying another to gain weight or should I go back to GNC whey protein?

first off GNC is way 2 overpriced but forget about the weight gainers and just stick to the whey....if your eating enough food during the day you dont need to gainers imo plus itll be a lil lighter on your pockets:thumbs:

yeah take that money and put it into food, you will see much better gains, also go online shoppin GNC will clean ya out in a hurry even on gold card days

yea buy a few dozen eggs from one of those cost plus places where you buy like 6 dozen eggs for 5-10 buck then snack on like 6 a day buy like 1 a week and grow big.

I work crazy hours so my diet isnt as good as i like. I also live by myself so have to make meals for only myself, which sucks. Im 25yrs old, 5'9" and 150 lbs. I have 7% body fat content and have some decent muscle for a skinny guy. I really would like to gain another 15 pounds or so. I try to eat 4 meals a day which include chicken and red meat. I am usually up in the 3000 calories a day or so but would like to get to 3750 - 4000 region. Its expensive and time consuming to cook though. The only supplement I have been taking is the mass XXX and before that I was taking just GNC whey protein.

Im looking on some discount supplement sites and Im not really seeing a difference in price for whey protein. On gold card days at GNC I pay like 27 bucks for 6 lbs. Im not really seeing any better deals (considering you have to pay shipping for these online sites). Maybe im looking in the wrong places or for the wrong products. ANy suggestions?

i would think it would be a lil eaiser to make meals for myself being single, but thas just me.

www.dpsnutrition.com not a bad spot but there are tons of other ones as well

one thing about GNC look at the cholesterol, heart stoppage in the middle of a protein shake isnt a good thing. its best to look at the stuff side by side, and also with online orders make a decent size order so that way they arent shipping just one thing to ya, cause the shipping will take one good deal and make it an ok deal
