| Well, looking to slim down a bit. My diet is in check right now, but I need to drop a few more percent. Currently at 11% want to be around 8 by the end of March for a martial arts competition. But I'm sketchy to try an ECA stack because I've heard bad things about ephedrine, and I've heard most fat burners dont work very well. So anyone have any experience with any of it? Or a blunt statement about ephedrine? I'm 17 for those who dont know, and I dont know if ephedrine falls in the "dont use untill your sufficiently old enough category" or not. Thanks all. |

| You know what we are going to ask whats your diet? I'll get you below 8 with out ECA/clen just put up your diet I'm probably below 7 now. |

| This is for today Breakfast: 6 Eggwhites, Toast and Peanut butter, Banana, Protein Shake Meal 2: can of Tuna Lunch: 2 Chicken Breasts, vegetable/fruit, 500ml milk Meal 3: Couple Servings of peanuts, protein shake, apple, beef jerky Dinner: Whatever mom makes, usually pasta, or meat,vegetable, potato combo. Meal 5: Can of tuna, and an apple/ other fruit. Usually pretty close too this, anything wrong with it and should I be eating more? Just typing this out kinda made me wonder about my diet a little. |

| have about a cup of oatmeal fro breakfast, and some natural brown rice/small potatoe etc with every meal. Also, look into carbs cycling |

| Also separate the protein shake by between 2 hours between meals with like 2 rice cakes and you can have no more than 1 piece of fruit a day then the other are like 1/2 cups of rice and as much fresh broccoli as you want. |

| cani's got ya on the right track but ECA is nothin man, it works. going on 6wks with it now if im not mistakin, its pretty mild, ive went through whats supposed to be some of the best fat burners (hydroxcut hardcore) but they dont touch ephies plain and simple. sides are lil to nothing, mild sweating, some crazy dreams, slightly increased hr and bp seems a touch high but other than that nothin. im going 2wks on 1wk off with it, but work that diet and see if that can get ya there first, im cutting a ton so i jumped ship and started this up along with diet. |

| E - 75mg ED C - 500mg - 1g ED A - 975mg ED ( i was gonna go 900mg here but they came in 325mg) http://www.bbforums.com/showthread.php?t=140 check right there for good starting point though |
