| Hi i am 16 here. just asking i have a (ON Whey gold standard) but i dun know how much should i take each day? i am around 47KG and also do i take this before or after my workout? I have a tummy and what kind of excice should i go i better? |

| welcome to BBF ok im no good with conversions so take 1or1.5g x your lean body mass = g's per day to drop the gut hit cardio, also post yr diet, read some sticky posts, test the search button, and ask questions. |

| so you are roughly 103 pounds. in guessing you are pretty lean, you should probably get about 150g of protein per day, but a lot of that should come from your food so dont just eat 150g of your whey powder. to find out what kind of excercises you should do, go to the top of the forum and hit search and then do some research. if you have any more questions just ask. |
