whats so funny JD i got 14.5" arms, and i crush 40yr olds that have been in prison 12times at arm wrestling, SO WHATS UP! :laughing:

also ive been doing 20sets curling now for a while, and my gains are coming slowly so im gonna up it to 25 sets and probably stop there cause i dont wanna get freakish big :laughing:

Yes it does, but not a whole lot per serving. I think it has 1 gram per serving or something like that. So if taking no xplode I recommend supplementing with additional creatine.

If you want a product like no xplode that has enough creatine look into Scivation Vasoxplode. I think NO XPLODE is a good product, but is to low dosed on the creatine if your not supplementing with creatine.
