Has anybody besides me had an allergic reaction to this stuff? At least I think that's what it is... after I drink my shakes, my lips get real dried out and sometimes burn a little. I drink tons of water and they still are dry as ever ( constantly having to lick them to stop the burning. Let me know if there are any suggestions or if I'm just a one in a million case.

you must be 1 in a million. I use the same product, vanilla flavor. Works great for me and its not to bad on price when using a GNC discount card even for those $ hungry bastards @ GNC. Bump the chapstick I need to use it often as I am a male prostitute and give my lips a real workout. :hi:

cute, thanks for the chap stick advice. But, tried that, drink like 1 to 1.5 gallons of water a day; so I can't be dehydrated. I stopped taking the whey on friday and haven't had a problem since. Is there another way to get the same amount of protein for those 3 meals a day I was taking a double shot protein shake, w/o eating like 10 chicken beast a day? I was also, thinking about going back on it next week to see if the GNC guy was right( he said it was just the weather, but call bs on that). Until then what should I be supplimenting those shakes with?

The have other types of protein its just that whey is the most preferred but you can get egg white, soy, and so many wheys that its ridiculous even if you have an allergy to whey I think Isopure is so pure that if your lactose intolerant you can drink it. I Dorian Yates ate egg white shakes but honestly if you are allergic then you may be stuck with eggwhites brotha, eat a dozen by noon. First I would try a small size of another brand like Dex said.

hey, I went the other day to GNC with one friend that's looking for a protein supplement and creatine. We saw a lot of whey protein, so at the end I recommend him 2 proteins, the myoplex and this one 100% whey protein from GNC. The thing is that I said to him that it will be better (and cheaper lol) if he buys the GNC whey, also the GNC wheyprot has 20gr of protein, 5g of carbohydrates and stuff, the myoplex is more complete, because it has 42gr of protein and also 27vitamins and minerals (I think the gnc has only aminoacids). So I said to him, this GNC Whey prot will be better because is lighter, you are starting to use this supplements so this will work fine for ya. Also, we all know that the prot you don't burn-use turns to fat, so I think 42gr are a lot for his routine as his a gym newbie compared to other people. So, what do you think about my opinion? thanks
