ok so i am semi new to the scene and i have a fairly good question. i got some muscletech creatine for christmas but it is filled with sugar, but i learned that you need sugar and carbs right after a heavy workout which is perfect for me. But then i learned that cellmass from BSN is a better product with no carbs meaning no sugars, but don't you need carbs after a workout? My celtech creatine is running low and is time for a new creatine, i think i am going to switch it up and go for a new creatine but just want some advice first, thanks a lot.

might as well use it up its not gonna hurt ya, i would say after you use that up go with some CEE, ive heard from a few places that it absorbs better than the others. as far as post workout your gonna wanna get some good carbs out of your PWO shake, and then like 1hr later or so you wanna eat some good carbs

i like BSN's stuff. i can really see a difference when i use their stack. its not too expensive if you buy it at the right place. I try to get about 60g of simple carbs after a workout and maybe throw in a few g's of complex carbs along with 50g of protein.

wait a sec noone took this opotunity to take a shot at muscletech? My turn I guess. For me personally the Celtech has way to much sugar, which is needed for the monohydrate i know. I like the creatine ethyl ester for the exact reson of not needing tons of sugar to spike insulin for absorbtion. Thats just me though, diff strokes for diff fokes. However it is a good idea to try diff types of creatine to find the one that works best for your body.
