| ok last thread on creatine i promise, i posted one earlier about celltech vs cellmass, cellmass is a better choice and i have taken it before, but you have to take 2 servings of it a day, and i usually train at night, so the second serving require to be taking sometime in the middle of the night, how critical is that second dosage? would i be ok just doing the first serving after workout and skipping the second serving 6-8 hours after my PWO meal? |

| Well I havnt taken cellmass before but usually on a Creatine supp you take it pre & post workout. pre to load you up for good workout & good recovery time between sets and post to replenish you with creatine and keep you lvls hi to repair the damage you just did. I hear goos stuff about cellmass and I think ill try it. |
