Im not saying that you have Narcolepsy just that there could be 100 reasons for feeling tired alot. 1. Sleep problems 2. Bad diet 3. maybe u sick, like mono or something 4. lady friend keeping you up all night (best reason for being tired) 5. need more exercise Also you might want to try a medical type forum for greater responce. Hope you figure out what ever is causing your problem. |

| With the liver being a possibility do you think a flusing product could help rid of toxins and help get back on track? I've also experienced this tired feeling for the past 2 weeks and was curious if a supplement overload could be a factor? |

| Well it could be your liver or that you are overly toxic as well as perhaps dehydrated. It may pay you to have a liver cleanising diet and if you are a big drinker cutting it down or eliminating it as well as stopping the smoking. Try to drink at least 2 litres of water a day and stay away from carbonated drinks. I too had the same problem and did blood tests with my Dr who said it was a o.k. so I out it down for me to lifestyle factors. Other factors may be the onset of diabetes or even oversexing like the other people said above, or sleep apnea. It could be a combination of many factors as well. I would say best thing to do is try taking a vitamin b supplement for yuor energy and concentration levels - make sure you drink plenty of water try and get plenty of rest and cut back on yuor liquor and cigarettes if you take those. If the problem still persists it may pay you to do a blood test or even see a naturopath. I hope this assists you. |
