Alright i'm new to the fourms, 31 year old male, 7 years ago I was into lifting and body building pretty heavy, but a family and kids have since been added so the lbs packed on. I haven't taken any supplements for years and been out of touch. I currently weight 203, just lost 40 lbs and and getting back into lifting serious again. I have been running 3.5-5 miles a day and doing some light lifting to lose the weight. I have cut my calories down to nothing. I'm starting to take some whey protein just to keep strength. I am looking for some advice on fat burners or other products to get the cut look. Any advice would be great!
Thanks guys

cutting down to nothing isnt the best thing for cutting.

bump what president said, cutting down to nothing will actually make cutting harder. And lift heavy, the whole light lifting for weightloss thing is a myth

I for the last year have been in the weight loss mode, I was eating maybe 1000-1500 cals. That has changed. I have started taking a whey protien supplement 3 times a day. I currently would like to gain some muscle strength/size for a cycle and then work on getting cut. Again any thoughts on what to eat, what to take would be great! thanks
Breakfast:oatmeal
Snack: Yogurt
lunch: chix breast/tortilla with peanut butter/tuna
Snack:fruit
Supper: meats/pasta

i think hes referring to ECA, which is ephedrine, caffeine and asprin. this will help some to keep the cut going. ive heard talk of REDLINE being a good product as well but i have not tried it, also Hydroxycut Hardcore although MT isnt that bad either.

i suggest taking in more protein, and not just the liquid kind, especially at breakfast, keep the oatmeal, and add in some egg whites or a can of tuna or chicken breast, something like that. then a couple hours later slam a shake, then a couple hours later eat lunch then follow that with a shake a couple hours later, then im guessing you would work out, follow by another shake, then about 1hr later eat yr pasta and meats.

I think that pasta should be consumed earlier in the day... not so late... i try to stay away from them carbs before bedtime

Im using Redline right now and its good stuff but you gotta fix your diet first. With all that running youre doing you shouldnt be eating any less than 2500 calories a day.

Hello everyone. I have been viewing the posting back and forth and would like to give my two cents. Many supplements on the market are worthless or just downright dangerous. Please don't be naive and think that gaining 25 pounds of muscle in just 6,7,8 weeks is natural or good for you. Your body is not intended to do that. Personally, I have tried many strategies and products on the market, and the two that have worked best for me are “The Truth about Muscle Building” and “No Nonsense Muscle Building”. Both bodybuilders I respect and know on a fairly personal level. I trust each of them, and have followed both of their strategies with great success. They aren’t just selling another product. If your wanting to add some serious size, as well as change up your thinking, I suggest either one. Their links are below. These are not easy programs to follow, but if your dedicated, you will achieve results!

When cutting you should eat a small meal every 2-3 hours and stop at your 5th or 6th meal. Eat clean as well, that with added cardio and training should do you better than any supplement will. Hydroxi-cut I've heard great things about though.

ive use T5's a few times for cutting, you get the jitters from them but the results ive had have been impresive.
they are banned now and only a few places sell them

2 1/2 years ago I dropped 45 pnds. by literally starving myself, surviving on a buttload of water and a banana here or there. No lie! I also walked 4-8 miles every night. This was all within a mnth. and a half. My body actually fed off of the 30+ % fat that I had stored. Unfortunately, the body also feeds off of protein- WHEN it's present. This meant it consumed my muscle for energy also. 90 % of it any way. I started lifting in Dec., 2004 and benched 135-once! Now I'm @ 285 on my 1 RM. The point is, that I have stayed pretty lean, while building good muscle by including 40 gms. of protein in EVERY meal! DO eat 5-6 times aday. DO watch your carbs. (especially on your last 1-2 meals). DO include EFAs in your diet (I prefer flax oil in my shake before bed). DO lift weights. DO cardio(no more than 30 mins. and best in morning on empty stomach). DO get 7-8 hrs. sleep for recovery. GOOD LUCK.

Bro that diet needs a lot of qork, lacking in protein and calories overall. You will lose muscle on that type of diet.

Go to www.cutdiet.com

This is the Scivation/Primaforce Cut diet, has diets already made and outlined for you, and they work amazingly.

If you need any help PM me.
