Im looking to cut weight, I was trying to get big and I still want to, but I have injured myself and am currently trying to cut weight because I have major knee surgery coming up and the lighter I am the better off I will be when it comes to recovering, and I was thinking of taking a fat burner, and a lot of people that I have talked to have said that this stuff is good. Any thoughts from anyone, Im having re-alignment surgery done on my left knee, I weigh about 285 or so and have a lot of muscle but some belly fat, I need to get rid of as much as I can in a short time!!! Any suggestions at all would be GREATLY appreciated so I can recover faster than the 1 yr timeframe they gave me, I cant go without lifting for a year guys!!! Thanks!!!

That line by IDS has been good so far those the mass tabs and sost250 tabs all have been good buys from what I hear.

so then this is a good idea to take this, it will help me lose the weight fast without losing muscle and maybe even gaining some, along with a clean diet to keep my metabolism goin and plenty of cardio and upper body weight training?

you cant beat a good clean diet and cardio, anything you add to it such as the tabs should help speed it along
