I'm new so don't torch me too bad, I have used the search function and got a few ideas, but looking for a few more suggestions. Back in the day I used just the plain old creatine mono whatever. I'm now back lifting and eating a clean diet and looking for a creatine, from what i have hard No explode is ok, but i'm not sure i want he caffine as i have to go to work right after working out, Cell tech is also Ok.. Before i found this site i bought some Muscle tech Nitro tech and was going to buy the cell tech but then i found this site and read most people thoughts on muscle tech stuff. I'm ordering some creatine today, what brand is best. I know its a personal preference but give me some examples.

I treat creatine the same way I treat whey. I look for the cheapest basics I can find. Good ole' fashioned creatine monohydrate will work just fine. I get mine at wal mart for $15/jug. All that extra crap is marketing IMO unless you're talking about some NO2 or something like that. As a matter of fact, there are some studies suggesting that caffeine actually inhibits the action of creatine, so just to be safe, I avoid caffeine intake 6 hrs prior to lifting. Obviously No-xplod is not on my list for the same reasons. I say keep your supplements few and far between, and cheap, diet is FAR more important.

NO-Xplode sux for creatine its got like 1g or something like that per serving so its really low plus they say caffeine messes with the creatine, and most ppl that take NO-Xplode also take another creatine supp

i just use Prolab Creatine Monohydrate. cheapest one i could find.
