has anyone taken any IDS products, I have heard nothing but good things about them and I have ordered their Ripped Tabs to help me lose some bf before surgery. Any response would be appreciated, about ANY IDS supplement

From my personal experience, IDS products rock the house. I think they're so good as long as you combine them with an outstanding diet and tons of dedication and hard lifting. If you don't do those things and just take the tabs, you wont see anything in comparison to what you could see.
