i dont like muscle tech's products. They are basiclynuttin but sugar. I would go with some NO-Explode and Cell Mass. These products have worked great for me.

its expensive garbage. I honestly spent 30 bucks on cheap supplements last week. I bought mass shredder fuit punch by pinnacle and nitroblast by GNC and know this together works great and its the price of one of those. Shop the clearance rack. Seriously, you could probably get like 4 things for those 2

This is very true. If you shop around you can find some better supps for a cheaper price.

get some amino acids. NO-Explode,Cell Tec,Whey Protein, and FOOD!

I used Pinnacle creatine with some NOX2 or something like that about 4 years ago. Gained a lot of weight. About 20-30 pounds in a year. My face blew up and I looked like a fat kid. Gave me a gut too. I didn't eat well tho. I was eating everything. I have since redistributed the weight throughout my body.

I did get a lot stronger and put weight on if thats what you're looking for. I'm not a 100% sure if it had anything to do with the supps but i've found supps just give me a psycological edge. If I'm taking something I feel obligated to hit the gym.
