I usually buy in bulk so it lasts me ages. Spend probably $400 a year on supplements.

And thats just loads of protein powder and some creatine.

About $15 a month for whey. a 2lb tub usually lasts 30 days between my wife and i.

i use whey, multivitaman. extra vitamin c, glutamine, and protein bars. how do u guys get your whey so cheap?

I buy a 3kg or more tub of protein for $90 and last's me 2-3 months.
remember that is $90AUSD.
creatine, weight gainer, no-Xplode and that is it.
i dont wanna know how much i spend on Supps.

yeah i think ill go with optimum nutrition..54 bucks for a 5.1 pound tub of whey it has bcaa's and glutimine already added seem like a better deal.

Shit, if I spend more than 40/month I'm eatin ramen! I've gotten used to checking the labels for serving size...some proteins seem like a really good deal until you read the label and one serving is 3 scoops...the one I buy is 17, and lasts me a month and a half.

I like this chocolate protein by ON Whey. Its 30 at my local store. But great stuff.
