ive always really liked it. right now im taking this stuff callled black powder made by MRI and i like it better than N.O. Xplode and i use to swear by N.O. Xplode. its still good dont get me wrong but i like black powder more and it taste good.

I took that shit for a few days... there was so much caffeine in it it made my heart race to the point that i felt like i was gunna like have a heart attack. I'll never take that shit again.

i like it however i haven't taken any thing to compare it to. it is my first pre-w.o. sup. i have been upping the doses lately and it seems to help on losing effectiveness. it doesn't give me the jitters. it actually toward the end of a workout almost makes me lathargic. i am about out and im gonna get the n.o. xplode and give it a go, that should give me somewhat of a comparo. I figure if i try them all eventually i will know for me what i like the best!

I actually read about some lawsuit filed against BSN for claiming to have creatine ethyl-ester and some CEM3 compund(dont' remember all info) in their NO-Xplode, and that there was no creatine or NO found in it at all in some tests.
Don't know the validity of the tests that were run, but an interesting find regardless.

prolly BS as in --Bull..Shit..Nutrition thats what bsn might stand for, i'm sick of people getting ****ed over by these nutrition companys...i mean if we don't have our own labs do we really know if most of this shit we're taking is legit? I think i'm going to relly on good old food...and the whey protein.

Well I am trying No-explode and am right now, in my second week. My main reason for trying it was I was tired by the time I got to the gym due to full time work, I wanted to something to get me going and get pumped for the workout instead of having to force myself to go.
I must admit I really do get a great boost from it, I am very energized during my workouts.
Also my weights have increased. Now I am still newer at lifting so it's hard to say whether that is mostly due to natural progression, but I would say at least some of the game is because of it.

Lastly, this is expensive stuff, I am not sure if it is worth it, might just get some cafeine pills before a workout. Overall I am very happy with product itself, but it is very expensive.
I might do 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off sorta thing so I don't become to dependant on it.

NO xplode is great but just dont stop taking it. i took if for a while and then it got hard to afford during my lay off and when i went to lift i hurt myself cuz i didnt have the pump necessary than when i was on it.it makes u scary strong though.:thumbs:

i have no xplode... it is waaaayyy overrated. i have only taken it 5-6 times and i don't hardly notice it unless i take at least 2 scoops
