muscletech NANO vapor is a prewo formula to give you energy and stamina (supposedly) and like big A said there is no magic pill just proper diet and excercise

I don't think fat burners are worth the money. I've never tried them but i always hear they never work. the NaNO vapor stuff? My friend gave me a scoop before a workout one time to try it. It made me kinda hyped up and it felt like my body temp was up a bit. I felt kinda warm. As far as increasing pumps and stuff I didn't notice any major differences from cheaper NO supps, but I didn't use it long enough to see a diff.

first things first get your diet in check try eating 6 times a day to help speed up your metabolism, also if you can do cardio in the morning before you eat. do at least 20min of cardio each time if you do less you are waisting your time. your diet is key though high protein, lower carbs, fats, salts and just about anything else that makes food taste good. keep a log for a week of exactly what you eat then post it up so we can help you more with that. fitday.com is a good place to log what you eat set up the free account there for that. use the search button and if you cant find it there ask questions, also slap up your workout routine and we will help ya with that as well

http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ use that bad boy right ther to figure out your BMR then shoot for a few hundred cals less than that say like 250-500cals then its kind of a finess thing you have to keep protein high while at the same time keeping your cals in that range. again i would say use www.fitday.com to help in keeping track of what you eat. try to keep your protein up to about 1.5-2g per pound, so around 330g + per day

In my oppinion no matter how strong your egs are you should always hit them relly hard at least one day out of every week. It is a good thing you have strong legs. You should take advantage of that and make them stronger. And try makeing wednesday and sunday a rest day.

here is my opinion, 1 you are doing way to much arm work and not allowing your arms the time needed to recoup therefore hindering growth. 2 not working your legs hard is a bad idea, your legs may be strong but doing squats, leg press, lunges are gonna help your entire body. 3 where are the dead lifts man? thats another major one you need to throw in there as well definately make leg day your hardest workout day, rather than your lightest.
