| i dont know if any of you have any experience with this stuff, but i'm actually on my last week of it and very pleased with the results. in all, i gained 17lb 184-201lb, and went from doing 225 on the flat bench 4-5x to doing it 12-14x easily... i actually did chest yesterday, and put up 275 a good 3x... i'm curious as to how much of the weight that i gained in size and strength am i going to retain after i'm done with the supps? can anyone give me an idea of whats normal from these types of supps or these specific ones. i did run liv 52 with the methyl because anything methylated is hard on the liver, so hopefully the liv 52 will offset that.thanks guys |
