cheers, just read the quote from S.W.A.T., force feeding and eating too much is not the way to go, every time i eat too much, i feel all the training ive done has gone to waste, ive noticed eating too much of home cooked meals has a worse affect on weight and muscle gain than eating small portions of junk.

That is weird. When i do it i gain a little more weight (with the help of a weight gainer) i become stronger and can lift heavier. i dont do it much because it is very very hard and work is in the way and social things.

well when i gain weight, it all goes straight to my belly and since i don't work out my abs as much as other parts of my body, i feel fat and the feeling of fat is hardly a motivator when ur looking for results, if u get my drift...

Lift heavy and properly and also get a spotter then it will go in to the right place. Currently im gaining weight in the chest and the stomach which i dont mind.
