i just bought the pak today and its so hard to get down ur throat, anyone have any suggestions about the best way to consume it ? i was thinking of diluting all the pills in a big cup of water and drinking it, even though it tastes and smells like shit, any other way to consume it?

yes it is a big waste of money~ and, do not drink them just swallow
