Hello guys...well i wana gain Up to 4 or 5 kG max...and i cant seem to gain some more weight maybe cz of the lack of enough sleep or skippin some meals due to work and university

SO i wanted to have a supplement for my proteins and I wanna have somethin which gonna give me pure muscle i mean like 100 % protein no fat cz i dont wanna mess with my ABs

So what to choose??

if u want pure muscle and no fat, cut and paste it off a recently deceased pro-body builder lol jk, it took me more than 2.5 months to gain more than 5 kgs, but apparently im a fast muscle gainer so u might be different, if u wanna put on muscle eat more calories than ur recommended limit, make sure u balance ur protein, carbos and fat (unsaturated) accordingly and if u wanna keep ur fat off while eating more just do more cardio and for muscle recovery u just need more protein, whether it be from diet or supplement, up to u and i have never heard about products with 100 % protein content.

I know its part of the problem but due to my work and UNi classes i sometimes am obligated to skip...Thats why i was askin abt a supplement
