| Hello , Great forum...just joined :) I am abt 5 '11 > 175 lbs with a gut that I can't seem to loose :banghead: It's been yrs now, and i feel i need to take some supplements and fat burners to help me remove that layer of fat, so I can see my six pack... I do cardio, lifting, eat right , no supplements ever ( not even whey ) Goal is to get leaner...more definition / cut. > thinkin on starting with ON Whey, NO-xplode, mutivitamin and I dunno..maybe some kinda creatine ? I am new to the supplements world. :aah:...so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys !!! |

| well id take whey to help build muscle which in turn will help you burn more calories through the day. it also helps me burn fat. you can also try hydroxycut hardcore works good for me |

| Thnx airforce :thumbs: how much whey do u suggest i consume & when ..i am 175 lbs and workout almost 5-6 days a week ? wud it be harmful to consume the same amnt on days i don't workout ? if this doens't work..burn tht fat..i will definitely try hydroxy...although i hv heard enuff scary things abt it ? |
