Hello all, brand new to the forum, but have been addicted/dedicated to working out for many many years.

I'm 31 years old, 5'10, and fluctuate between 150-165. I currently eat, eat, eat, and then I eat some more, use designer protein, cycle creatine, and thats about it.
For as much as I eat, I still have trouble packing on the LBS. I've always had extremely low bodyfat with an incredible metabolism.
Very ripped, just not tons of bulk, which I'd also like to change.

Im looking to add something into the mix that will hopefully deliver some good gains, get me over some plataeu's (sp).

I've been reading alot lately about GHR's, (growth hormone releasers), and curious if anyone has had any experience or opinions on the matter. With so many different products by different companys out there, I figured I'd ask to hopefully get a more educated or experienced answer.

GHR1000 anyone ever use this. I see alot on the internet about this product, testimonials, however dont know if it's the producer of the product who is putting all the testimonials out there, or if they are legit.

HGH-PH Complex have you tried this?

Basically what I'm looking for is what brand is the most effective GHR. Any recommendations on what brand/product to use would be greatly appreciated.

lets see, just a quick rundown of intake before I head out for the evening.

daily:
protein 180-250 grams/day 75-90from protein shakes

I really don't count calories, carbs or fats, which I know I should.

I basically eat healthy, 5-7 meals per day. Lots of chicken, Tuna, steak, whole grain cereals/breads. gotta have a few vegies too.

When I started getting a bit more serious, I used a slightly adjusted schedule/program, which I found in "Body for Life" if you are familiar with it. Since then I have tweaked it a bit.

I have heard of HRT, but have not read too much on the subject as of yet. I guess I'll add that to the list, i enjoy reading and learning.
