| Hey im new here and have a question about fat burners. I just started training again about 4 weeks ago dieting also. I just started taking this fat burner called The Burn wondering if anybody has had any experience with this or a suggestion on something better for me. I'm 245 5'11 with like 25% body fat or more. |

| I started this new workout with a friend about 3 weeks ago we do one muscle a day like today was triceps then back, shoulders, legs, chest, biceps and one day off after that everyday I get on the treadmill run/walk for 15 to 20mins. I been eating alot of fruit every morning I'll have a banana or a apple with a protein shake I been staying away from bread eating alot of grilled chicken. I need some tips on a good diet. |
