| if it is strictly monohydrate it doesn't really matter too much. once you are loaded and in a maintanence stage it doesn't matter too much. i would just mix it in with my post w/o shake. and on off days do it about that same time to establish a routine |

| i take creatine mainly for the carbs then a 10 unit shot of apedra (quick acting insulin) before a work out,being that i am diabetic i have to time pre work out carbs and insulin when i work out.:cool:neo |
