get some protein powder, eat alot to bulk up (good foods, no crap). you should eat around 5 or more meals a day. try to get a gram of protein to every pound you weigh (e.g if you way 150 pounds you should be getting at leased 150 grams of protein a day) that should do you for now then you could look at taking creatine and some vitamins.

all types of lean meat, tuna, steak, chicken ect.. for protein. what you want to do is for a week keep tabs on how much your eating each day and amount of calories, try to eat 5-6 meals a day then add 500 cals to your daily amount, this will be hard at first you should never feel hungry if you are eating regularly and properly. you want to get most of your protein from foods so dont have to many shakes daily to bump up your protein in take. have about 2-3 shakes a day. hope this helps and good luck, cheers

As a physical therapist, I can assure you that to increase the size of your forearms, you need to perform wrist PRE's of very high reps'. This part of your body is genetically predisposed to constant use, which means you must train them with the amount of weight that will allow high reps. I am sure you know the proper PRE's, such as wrist curls and extensions. However, many body builders ignore your supinators and pronators. To target these muscle groups you must do PRE's by turning the wrist inward and outward. You can add as much as 2 to 3 inches in girth by training these muscle groups. So, good nutrition, suppulents, high reps', and a few heavy reps'. Your arms, and expecially your fingers will show impressive vascularity, which is really a turn on for the ladys'.
