| I work out cardio and lifting 4-5 times a week, ive got a decent diet with what time allows me. i am 20 y/o and 5'10" at 182 lbs... i took muscle milk, then tried cytogainer, now today i got some mass xxx, and wheybolic extreme 60 to try. i dont know what is best for me i want to keep cutting fat and not put anymore on but yet gain 15-20 lbs muscle. what should i do because i do see now that the cholesterol is outrageous on mass xxx and sugars are quite a bit worse too... |
